TYPE 76A (DUAL-37MM) SHIPBOARD ANTIAIRCRAFT ARTILLERY
The Type 76A (also known as H/PJ-76A) is a shipboard dual-37mm automatic AAA gun developed from the manual shipboard dual-37mm AAA gun. The system is fitted by all Chinese-built surface combatants launched during the 1990s.
The Type 76A's fire-control system includes the Type 347G (Rice Lamp) I-band fire-control radar and an electro-optical director. Each ship is fitted with four AAA guns with two sets of fire-control.
