Description: The Type 347G is believed to be based on the 1980s European (Italian) technology. The radar has been seen on many PRC-built surface combatants, in conjunction with the Type 76A dual-37mm AAA gun. Typically, the system consists of two Type 347G radars and four Type 76A guns on destroyers and frigates, and one radar and two AAA guns on smaller corvettes.
